Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do stickie^® plates suction to any surface? Yes, as long as air can’t get underneath the suction foot and both surfaces are clean and free of dust, scratches or holes. The suction foot does not function well on porous surfaces, but surfaces that do work include plastic, glass, stone and sealed wood.
- Will the stickie^® plate fit on my highchair? WMBT stickie^® plates fit most standard highchairs; however there are some smaller ones that won’t work. Double check the product’s dimensions before making your purchase. The suction foot on each plate is slightly smaller than the given dimensions.
- Is it safe to cut food in my stickie^® plate? Yes, but we only recommend using dinner knives as sharp knives can damage the surface.
- How do I get the best suction on the stickie^®? Like our stickie^® bowl, remove all the air between the surface and the suction foot. We recommend suctioning the plate to the table first and then adding the food. Otherwise, simply place the plate with food on the surface and then press down with a spoon to remove the air pocket.
